I was a Singapore Airlines flight attendant until I clipped my wings in 2018 to seek new challenges in life.

I've always loved to tackle problem solving head on and making my passengers' experience a great one. How then can I take this skill a step further?

 

I found out when I was introduced to UX.

I then took the plunge to do a mid career switch. Coming from a non design and tech background, it was not an easy journey if I may be honest. It was a brand new world to me. There was so much to see, and so much so learn. I felt like a wide eyed child once again in a very long time. Excited, yet scared.

However, what kept me going was that goal I had in mind. To design and create meaningful experiences for my users as I seek to stay true to my roots, 'A passenger's smile makes it all worthwhile'.

Today, I am ready to step into the world of UX with my new found knowledge and skills. I am very excited and look forward to leveraging on my past experiences to create transformative experiences for my users and yet keeping business goals in mind.
